The Estate Planning and Probate Section is holding a lunch meeting at noon on Tuesday, November 28 in Conference Room A at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. We are excited to have the Hon. Hillary Cranford speaking with us regarding the distribution of personal property in probate matters and how to structure an estate plan to help avoid issues with personal property during probate. Hon. Hillary Cranford has a wealth of knowledge on this topic – among other experiences, she has served as an Associate Judge of the Cobb County Probate Court and the Gwinnett County Probate Court, and she currently serves as County Administrator/County Conservator for the Probate Courts of Cobb County, Rockdale County, Athens-Clarke County, and Sumter County.

Cost is free for members without lunch, $15 with lunch. For nonmembers, cost is $5 without lunch and $20 with lunch. Please sign up by noon the day before the meeting if you’d like a lunch.
