From the Gwinnett County Bar Association Criminal Defense Section:
It's time for the 2021 Gwinnett County Criminal Defense Bar Toy Raiser! All toys are donated to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston.
For 2021, there will not be an in person Toy Raiser event due to COVID. In lieu of a public gathering, we are asking people to donate toys and donations at drop off points throughout Gwinnett County. The drop off points are:
GJAC- Clerk of Court (State and Superior Court desks)
Lawrenceville- Law Offices of Christine Koehler;
Suwanee- Goldstein Law Group;
Duluth- Andersen, Tate, and Carr;
Buford- Chandler, Britt, and Jay;
Norcross- Law Offices of Max Richardson;
Snellville- Puglise Law Firm;
As in years past, we are asking people to donate a new, unwrapped toy with approximate value of $20 or more. There are some restrictions on what the toys can and can't do. The CHOA guidelines can be viewed here.
If you can't shop, we can do it for you! Donations are graciously accepted. You can make your checks payable to the Gwinnett County Criminal Defense Bar and drop them off at one of the drop off points. Also, you may now donate through the GCBA website using this link (make sure to include "Toy Raiser" in the comments).
The deadline to drop off toys and make donations is December 3rd. Thank you in advance for your donations!
